Day 5 Shoulders and Cramp

OK first things first, when you are on a clen cycle make sure you are vigilant in your water and taurine regime. Today while doing smith machine seated military presses I got one hell of a cramp in my upper-outside quad. If I wasn’t having so pumped with my results of pushing some serous weight, I would have screamed out and left the gym right there…..yes it was that bad. I have been downing between 1.5 and 2 gallons of h20, and 1500 mgs of taurine and thought this was plenty, obviously I was mistaken. I have heard about the horror stories of clen cramps but dismissed them as sissies who cant take some pain….I was wrong, that shit still feels like a brand new muscle cramp 10 hours later. Good thing the weekend is coming up.

Alright enough of the whining…onto the good news.

Felt like a beast in the gym. I have weak shoulders, but I felt like I could pump out weight like the pros. Not only is my weight going up, but I am able to push out a few more reps when I think I am tapped out. I am loving this feeling!

Day 4 Roid Rage

Had a bout of roid rage today at the gym….OK well not really but I really need to get this off my chest. The gym that I am a member of seems to have a lot of members that suffer from “I am going to treat this gym like my own house and continue to show disgusting traits like I do at home” syndrome.

So what kind syndrome is this you ask? Well this is when you take your nasty ass sweat filled clothes and dump them in some random spot on the locker room floor. Come on dirtbag, we all pitch in here and I dont fucking want to have to constantly avoid your nasty dirty gym shorts like a landmine field!

So this is bad enough, but I usually just urinate on their dirty nasty snot soaked crap and leave it at that. But today it hit a new level. As I was getting into my locker to get my gym bag, I set my h20 bottle and keys on the bench behind me. Now let me just say here that these are long 6 foot benches, and I am on the very end, and there are three guys in the locker room, one three lockers down from me. So anyways I get my bag out and turn around to grab keys and water bottle when low-and-fucking-behold, assmunch next to me tossed he dirty stinking sweat filled, shit stained underoos on the bench…..and on my fucking keys!

Now its bad enough that this dirtball throws his shit right where others sit…..he threw it on my keys. So what did I do? Pound his face into hamburger? No I didnt. I calmed myself and looked him in the eye and said:

ME: Hey man, your shit is on my keys.

DIRTBAG: Oh crap…so sorry….hehehe

ME: Come on dude, people fucking sit on those benches.

DIRTBAG: Ahh jeeze, I said I was sorry.

OTHERDUDE(laughing his ass off): Fucking sick man, I hate when people litter this place with their nasty clothes.

No shit! Have some gym etiquette people.

OK so roid rage story is over. Actually a good indication that roid rage is a damn myth.

So did biceps and triceps today. Had awesome pumps and felt damn strong. I finnished with a drop-down set on both and felt as though my arms were gonna split right open. I could feel my skin streching to its max. Great feeling.

Ran two miles and walked one for cardio. Nothing exciting.

Day3 Leg Day

So the dreaded leg day came and went. Had no problem getting through it with ease. I even added 25lbs to my squat without a hitch. One thing I am noticing is that I am not only feeling stronger, I am able to push out a few more sets that I would not have been able to a week ago. This may be a direct effect of the clenbuterol.

Did EFX for cardio today for 40mins because legs were a bit torn up for any running. I do notice an increase in sweating during my training and during moderate daily activities. I also did up my clen intake to 80mcg. No really bad changes to the side effects.

I have been noticing a ache in some of my joints. I am taking taurine and getting a minimum of 1.5 gallons of h20, more like 2 gallons plus. I will keep an eye on them the next couple of days to be safe.

Day 2 Back

Worked the back today and felt great. I usually lose motivation pretty quickly when training back because I just feel I have a lack of exercise variety, but today I was all over it. Definatly felt stronger and my stamina is still out the roof.

Cardio went awesome. Could of went all day. Loving the clen burst.

Big test is tomorrows leg day, my least favorite part to train. Funny thing is that my legs and my back are proportionately my strongest muscle groups.

First Anavar Pump.

So this mornings training cycle was on fucking fire! I felt strong and confident in the gym, and I was pushing out reps I would not of had last week. I even took the plunge and threw some extra weight on the bench and willed myself to push a few hard reps out. It was great. I am starting to get that feeling back of when I did train serious many years ago. I feel strong, I feel like I have 10X’s more stamina, and I feel confident. Could all be in my head, but I pushed around weight I would never have got to in the past few years. Loving it!

The chest only workout went very well, and so did the cardio. After over an hour of lifting I did another hour on the EFX machine. I could have gone longer. Got home my wife just shook her head because I was seriously running late. I will have to get up earlier from now on. The gym is kick ass fun again.

I am still crashing at night with the clen. It is really the only side I am not liking at all. The shakes go away after the first day of upping my dose. I may up it to 60 tomorrow.

Weekend Round-Up

So the clenbuterol is still charging me up. Today I uped my dosage to 80 mcg, with no noticeable problems (hand shaking like the first day). I really like the effects of clen, completely unlike the feelings of caffeine or ephedrine.

I also started some limited doses of the Anavar to get it into my system for Mondays training session. 10mgs yesterday, and 20 today. No noticeable changes while taking the Var.

First Clenbuterol Day

So day one starts now. Today is a workout day so I decided to do my normal routine while taking 40mcg of clen first thing in the morning. Anavar will start this weekend (non training days) as to get it up and into my system. WOW what a damn boost to my morning ( I train at 530am). It felt like I had a third lung implanted into my chest. Energy in the gym is not-a-problem at all anymore. It felt like I could lift all day long. Not really feeling stronger, just feeling engrossed with energy. Loving the feeling, and nothing like I expected. I have used other stimulants in the past, like ephedrine, caffeine, etc, but clen is much differnt. For one, I do not feel like I am going to jump out of my skin. I feel calm and relaxed, yet full of positive energy. I feel as though I could of spent the whole day training in the gym.

That was the good (GREAT), now for the bad (or not-so-good). Did feel some uncomfortable tremors in my hands. So much that typing during the day was challenging, and I dropped, and fumbled some things during the day. This is a bit unnerving, but nothing I couldnt handle. No uncomfortable feeling in my heart beat, the low body burn felt actually good, and the sweating was only mildly uncomfortable.

The worst side of the clenbuteral was one I had never heard of, the hard crash around 12 hours after I took it. This may be as a result of my decision to take it all at once (one that I feel is the correct choice), or just something unique to me. But I did crash fairly hard.

I didnt do any cardio today because I was a bit hesitant to see how I would react. Will cardio on Monday. Cant wait to take my next dose.

First Cycle Plan

So my first cycle I am going to have to dramatically cut fat and build strength. My first order of business is to cut body fat and that means clenbuterol (clen). Not a anabolic steroid of course but and absolute must when trying to melt body fat. The conventional wisdom is to go two weeks on and two weeks off because of clen targeting beta-2 and 3 the off cycle is to prevent receptor desensitization. However I am not conventional and there is evidence that this is simply a theory that caught on and no scientific evidence behind the “2 week off” being enough time to clear clenbuterol from the body. In fact clen having a half life of 10 hours in its rapid phase and many days in its slower phase tow weeks is hardly time to eliminate clen from your system. So I will employ a 3 week on 3 week off trial and error experiment.

Another conventional wisdom is to add a t-3 synthetic cytomel and yohimbe along side the clenbuterol doses. I will start with raw clen my first two cycles and then dive into these add ons to compare results.

OK so that brings me to days and dosages. It is also a fact that clen must be stepped up and down to avoid some of the uncomfortable side effects. Stepping up will give the body a buffer zone to get used to these sides like sweating, hand tremors, rapid heart beat etc. I will start with 40mcg and go until the hand shakes are manageable (2-3 days). I will work my way up to 100-120mcgs a day at peak. If for some reason I never settle with 80mcg then I will stop there.

That does it for the the clenbuterol for weight loss. Now on to the meat of the matter. Again the majority of the steroid experts will tell you that you must run testosterone with any cycle you do. Now this advice does have its merits, but blanket statements are usually born out of ignorance. My research led me to three possible candidates for a first cycle. In keeping with the melting fat away, I was left with three contenders:

  • Winstrol (standozolol)
  • Primobolan (methenolone acetate)
  • Anavar (oxandrolone)

These three are fairly mild in the side effect catagory, all used in cutting cycles, and all give good strength gains with limited weight gains. The latter reason being why many body builder advice will try and sway you away from taking these (especially as a simple one substance only cycle). This is where you must seperate yourself from the advice the “pros” will give and what you want to achieve. As I already stated, fat loss and strength gains are my main objective in this initial cycle.

I through Winstrol out almost immediately. Some of what I read and investigated just put a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Some people swear by Winstrol, especially women body builders. I would have to guess that it is a fine substance if used moderately (like the ladies do) but using it excessively in a cycle can lead to some pretty bad sides(major hair loss being one common theme). I also concluded that to get the full effects of Winstrol I should run a side of test, which I didnt want to do right now.

Primobolan is very interesting substance. It has very mild sides, including limited suppression of the HPTA(hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis). It also comes in a pill form that is non-liver-toxic. It almost seems like a miracle steroid. Now I didnt go with primo because of one simple reason; I want to save it for my summer cutting cycle with a side of testosterone.

So I decided on an anavar only cycle to start with. Anavar has very limited sides, mild, maybe the best fat cutting AAS and some people claim some pretty incredible strength gains while on an anavar cycle. So what is its down side? It is god-damn expensive. Price is really no concern right now with me, so I will do a short (40 day) 30mgs a day anavar only cycle. Yes I do know that 30mgs is considered by most a waste, however I am not most, and we are doing trial by error experimentation (anabolic steroid for the normal guy) here.

So off we go.

Into the world of anabolic steroids.

So today I start my log of my journey in the personal use of anabolic/androgenic steroids. My immediate goal is to cut fat and gain more strength. My research into steroids took many interesting and unexpected turns. I learned a lot during my research phase and hope to put that knowledge to good use here. Like anything else there is good and bad information out there. So the first question is how do you wade through the bad information to get down to the good? Well common sense goes a long way. Reading a multitude of boards and articles will start to resonate the same tune in your head over time. After a while, when you come across some garbage info, you will instantly see it as such. There is also the fact that there are many different means to an end. So you will also soon see patterns that are simaler, yet to the casual observer, they could as well be miles apart.

So what are some of the things I learned during my research phase? Well a whole lot, this is in no doubt. But some of the highlights are:

  • Buying AAS online is not an easy one stop/shop process.
  • Even legitimate online steroid outlets will fall out of grace and, sometimes, selectively scam their clientele.
  • If you buy steroids online with a credit card, it is a scam.
  • Legitimate online steroid dealers will sometimes spread rumors about their competitors….and go to great lengths to do so.
  • Scam online steroid dealers will go to incredibly great lengths to make legitimate dealers seem like a scam outlet.
  • If you have to pay for online steroids with a credit card…..it is a scam.
  • Bodybuilding forums will be sponsored by legitimate and scam sites alike. Never just blindly trust their sponsors.
  • If you pay for your online steroids with a credit card, you just got scammed.

OK so that is some of the points I learned about buying steroids online. How about some of the things I learned about AAS themselves.

  • There are more than enough variety of anabolic steroids to accomplish any level of goals.
  • Getting advice on bodybuilder forums will not always get you the best advice.
  • The advice may be bad because most will advice you only at their own level, some have forgotten their past.
  • Testosterone is almost always needed in every cycle.
  • Post cycle therapy(PCT) must be part of your cycling plan.
  • There are almost as many PCT regiments as cycle choices.
