How can I reduce bulky muscle mass while maintaing my current activity level?
As a former gymnast I was always very lean until I joined the crew team my freshman year of college and put on 16 pounds of muscle due to the heavy lifting regimen. I am still very active and dont have much body fat but I still feel too bulky with my remaining muscle mass. Any tips to get leaner legs and smaller back?
