The video shows what a couple years using a home gym can do when you have the right attitude and determination to get results. I put far more attention into real food and my diet than any supplement (have only ever taken 2 supplements being whey protein and creatine). And finally, I literally work my tits off in the gym 5-6 days a week, no chatting, no phone, strictly 1 minute breaks, just get in, do the job and go on home!
