A few days ago I noticed a dent above my vagina, in the groin area. I figured it must have just been some kind of a gland difficulty and would go away shortly, but it did not and is still there, I only noticed it because I shaved everything off. It is about the size of a dime and does not hurt or have unusual color, but is noticeable. This may be because three months ago I used the steroid, anavar. While I was on the steroids my clitoris and vagina swelled significantly but after the cycle returned to normal size and I have not been taking any medications or hormones since. The steroids were not prescribed by a doctor but were used for personal use and this was my first time doing it. What could this dent be?
