Guys, you actually should take Creatine while cutting, it will help you maintain the muscle; just not in the same quantity. 5 grams per day is enough, however if your Whey Protein blend already had that many grams in it (or more) than you don’t need to supplement.

@twinmuscleworkout. U are right bruh. You cannot get all the proteins you need to build muscle just by eating a lot of chicken,beef,and fish. They say you suppose to consume as much protein as your body weight a day. A bit to much for me. Not only that supplements help you to recover a whole lot quicker too. I take Whey Protein after each workout (2scoops) every other day. Thanks for posting this video. By the way nice guns man. Yah keep going hard at the gym, and keep the videos rolling. PEACE

what is the point of working out and getting a nice body if u dont show it off? im 15 and people say im buff so i flex all the time in front of the ladies and they sometimes have to go home and change their panties because they get so wet. i also wear tight shirts. i can honestly say i only workout to look good cause i dont really care about my strenght
